The recommended dosage of our magnesium for children is one unpacked, level scoop daily for children age 2-3. For children age 4+ we recommend one scoop, twice daily. Some children may benefit from a higher dosage which should first be discussed with their physician. Each serving can be taken with or without food. We encourage parents to find a dosage schedule that works best for their child’s needs. In general, we recommend taking one serving in the morning with breakfast and one serving before bed.
