What is the recommended dosage for each product?
We recommend consulting your child's physician before starting any new supplement. Each bottle includes its own suggested serving, generally one (1) level scoop daily per product, mixed into food or a beverage.
What ages is this recommended for?
Our formulas are designed for toddlers and children ages 1 and up. Our Magnesium is recommended for ages 2 and up. Not intended for infants under 12 months.
Is this vegan?
Yes. All four powders are free of animal products and animal derivatives.
Will the iron cause constipation or stomach upset?
Our iron comes in the form of ferric glycinate, which is gentle on the stomach and generally does not cause constipation or stomach upset.
Are all 4 products really tasteless?
Yes! Focus group testing has found that our powders do not affect taste, odor or texture when used at the recommended dosage in 4 oz. or more of water, juice, smoothies or soft foods like applesauce.
Can these be taken by adults?
