Energy for busy, growing kids
B vitamins help the body turn food into energy and support healthy brain function and development.*
Kids' eating habits can change from day to day, and picky eaters or children with limited diets can easily miss out on these important nutrients.
Shop Tasteless B Complex
Methylfolate + Methylcobalamin
Our formula uses methylfolate and methylcobalamin, the active (methylated) forms of folate and vitamin B12.
That makes it MTHFR-friendly, a great fit for kids whose bodies may have a harder time using standard folic acid.
